Here are some Q&As with Hayley!

How would you describe your therapy style in a few sentences?

My therapeutic style is focused on creating a warm and welcoming environment that blends authenticity, evidence-based practices, and support to allow my clients to achieve their goals and utilize the therapeutic relationship to its fullest potential.

Three words that describe your therapy style

Raw, open, authentic

What can a client expect during their first few sessions with you?

A new client can expect to be welcomed into our environment at their own pace with a strong intention on building and strengthening our rapport.

What types of clients tend to work especially well with you?

Those open to alternative modalities, creative individuals, any who feel called to.

What inspired you to become a therapist?

It started with personal experience and grew into a desire to hold space, set boundaries, and support change to empower others.

If a client described working with you to a friend, what do you hope they would say?

They are open, understanding, and push me when I need the extra support.

What is something you wish more people understood about therapy?

It is not always a linear journey and may manifest in a multitude of forms; hence, there is not one size fits all and I treat every client individually.

Outside of therapy, what are some things that bring you joy or help you recharge?

Hiking, music festivals, reading, traveling, outdoor activities, yoga, and meditation.
